If your portal is already running and you're not sure what's inside it, Onboarding is the wrong door to come through. Start with a HubSpot Diagnostic so you know what's actually there first. Once we can see it clearly, we'll know whether you need a full rebuild, a tidy, or a focused Build Project, and we'll point you at the right one.

Onboarding Program

Our standard approach is a remote implementation over around 90 days, giving your team time to think between sessions and make the right decisions without disrupting day-to-day work.

Fast-Track Setup

A one-week, on-site implementation with key decision-makers involved throughout, allowing us to build in real time and compress months of back and forth into five days, getting you live much faster.

Launch Program

A three-day, in-person workshop where your team builds its own portal with our guidance. Ideal for teams that want to own the process from day one and learn by doing. Includes one seat per portal; additional seats are $699.

Project Proposal

You tell us how your business finds and keeps customers. If we're the right fit, you get a Project Proposal with your package and one fixed price for the whole onboarding.

Discovery & Solution Design

Workshops with the people who'll live in HubSpot every day. We map your customer journey, then design the pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages and reports before anyone clicks a single setting.

Architecture Document

Discovery ends with an Architecture Document, the written plan for exactly how your portal will be set up. Pick it apart and ask the awkward questions before you sign off.

Build

We build in stages and test every workflow with your team. You can watch it all happen live in Studio, our client portal, and we walk you through the finished portal before go-live.

Training & Handover

We train your champion and your team, hand over the documentation, then stay in your corner for the first month on a free Support Plan, while the first real deals go through.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on the format you choose. The standard Onboarding Program runs about 90 days. Fast-Track is a single in-person week, and the Launch Program is three days in the room with us.

Do we need to know HubSpot already?

Nope. Most teams who come through Onboarding have never logged into HubSpot before, and we train your champion and your team before handover. If you'd like to learn it by building it yourself, pick the Launch Program.

What's the cheapest way to get started?

The Launch Program, where your team builds the portal with us in the room. If you'd rather we do the building, the Onboarding Program starts at $3,200 for the Minimum package.

Is there an ongoing cost after onboarding ends?

Your HubSpot licence goes straight to HubSpot. Your first month on our Support Plan is free, and after that it's optional, from $900 a month if you want us on call.

What happens if we realise we need more during the build?

We write it down and keep building what we agreed. Anything new gets its own fixed price, either as a change to the project or as a Build Project after go-live, so your original price stays put.

Can we move from a smaller package to a bigger one?

Yes. Lots of teams start at Minimum and add modules once they see what the extra setup buys. Tell us before kickoff and we'll quote the bigger package, or add it later as a Build Project.
