The Role 🧠
We’re after an Account Manager who’s got serious people skills, thrives on being organised, and loves keeping the team on track. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients. Your job is to build trust, keep momentum, and make sure projects always move forward.
What an average day looks like
- Running weekly WIPs and keeping our clients informed
- Following up with our team to make sure deadlines are met
- Managing timelines and budgets across projects
- Handling day-to-day client comms with clarity and confidence
- Spotting opportunities to improve delivery or grow accounts
- Helping track client priorities in Teamwork.com and HubSpot
- Keeping things tidy, transparent, and moving

About the Role 🚀
As a Junior HubSpot Specialist, you’ll:
- Implement and optimise HubSpot portals for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with clients to design workflows, automations, and reports that align with their goals.
- Provide training and ongoing support to help clients get the most out of HubSpot.
- Analyse data and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve client success.
- Keep up to date with the latest HubSpot features and propose innovative solutions.
About You 🤩
- Tech-savvy: You have experience with advanced tech areas like software development or CRM systems
- People-focused: You love solving problems and helping cool people do cool things.
- Get sh#t done: You can manage multiple projects and you’re a gun at getting the 90% solution with the 10% effort.
- Communicator: You’re great at explaining techy things in plain English.
- People-person: You adore jumping on calls with clients, speaking through their problems and helping them navigate scary new software (bonus points for a sense of humour).
- Corporate experience: You have got corporate etiquette figured out. Think impeccable calendar management, top tier video call etiquette and all things learnt in a corporate environment.
- Preferred, but not required: You’ve got hands-on experience with HubSpot’s full suite (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data Hubs). HubSpot certifications? Even better.
