The Role 🧠

We’re after an Account Manager who’s got serious people skills, thrives on being organised, and loves keeping the team on track. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients. Your job is to build trust, keep momentum, and make sure projects always move forward.

What an average day looks like

• Running weekly WIPs and keeping our clients informed
• Following up with our team to make sure deadlines are met
• Managing timelines and budgets across projects
• Handling day-to-day client comms with clarity and confidence
• Spotting opportunities to improve delivery or grow accounts
• Helping track client priorities in Teamwork.com and HubSpot
• Keeping things tidy, transparent, and moving
