HUBSPOT ADVISORY
Someone senior in your corner,
without the full time cost.
You build in HubSpot every week, with a lingering thought: "I hope this is the best way to do this." You built that fourth pipeline because someone asked nicely, and marketing and sales still can't agree on what a lifecycle stage means.
We step in as your Chief HubSpot Officer for your HubSpot decisions. You keep the wheel, we keep you heading the right way, with a long term strategy behind it.
THE TIERS
Pick how often you want
us in the room.
All three tiers get you the same senior person. What changes is the number of sessions and who sets the agenda. If we reckon you've picked wrong, we'll tell you to go up or down.
Advisory Core
$600 a month
One session a month, and you set the agenda. Bring anything bugging you, from a two-year-old workflow to which seat to buy, and we think it through on the call. Every session is recorded.
Advisory Growth
$1,500 a month
One session a month, and we run it. We set the agenda, steer the call and send a written summary of next steps. Between calls you still get reactive help, so the portal doesn't drift.
Advisory Scale
$2,000 a month
Two sessions a month, one you lead and one we lead. You get the agenda up front, a written summary afterwards and a running record of decisions, so nobody reopens the lead scoring argument.
How long you stay
The longer you stay, the deeper the work gets to go.
The tier decides how often we meet. How long you commit decides how much we can actually get done with that time, because the longer we work together the less we spend getting up to speed and the more we spend on the things that matter. Three months is a direction reset to get you pointed the right way. Six months adds the work of understanding where the portal is really at and tightening it. Twelve months is the full job: someone genuinely looking after the strategy of your HubSpot, year round.
What applies where
Modules by term.
BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU
Advisory is for capable teams that
lack senior HubSpot direction.
This is for you when
You've already got people managing the CRM. What's missing is someone senior to say which backlog items matter this quarter and which can wait, and to keep your strategy on track long term.
And honestly not for you when
Advisory is the thinking. If you need something built, choose a Build Project. For day-to-day fixes and "how do I" questions, choose a Support Plan. Unsure what's wrong? Start with Diagnostics.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET
Everything we tell you is
recorded and written down.
Every session is recorded and written up, so your board, your team and your next CRM manager can see what was decided and why.
HubSpot Direction Map
A practical roadmap of what to do now, what's next and what can wait, built around what moves the needle most.
HubSpot Current State Review
A plain-English picture of how your portal works today: what's working, what's messy and what will cause problems in a year if nobody touches it.
HubSpot Feature Adoption Review
What your team uses well, what they neglect and the under-leveraged features worth jumping at.
HubSpot Team Experience Survey
A short survey on how confident your team feels in HubSpot, where they get stuck and what slows them down. The results feed training and strategy.
HubSpot Risk & Architecture Review
A look under the bonnet at your data structure, pipelines, lifecycle stages and automation, to catch what quietly breaks reporting or forces a painful rebuild later.
HubSpot Governance Playbook
Agreed rules for how HubSpot changes: who builds, how changes get checked and where decisions live, so nobody renames a property on a Friday and takes the dashboard with it.
Executive Strategy Summary
A short summary for people who don't live in HubSpot: where it's heading, the biggest risks and opportunities, and the decisions your exec team should weigh in on.
We're more than happy to be paid $10k to fix a badly maintained CRM, but we'd much rather you get the strategic guidance to avoid that entirely.

The questions we get on
every Advisory enquiry.
Support is the day-to-day help: questions, QA and small fixes. Advisory covers the bigger calls, like what order to do things in and where the portal should head. A rough test: "how do I" is Support, "should we even" is Advisory.
No, and we won't pretend it can. We're the senior thinking, so you need a team member or delivery partner who can act on the direction we set. Your people own getting it done.
No, on purpose. You get the thinking, the decisions and the documents. If a build falls out of that, it's a separate Build Project with its own scope and price, so we've got no reason to soften the advice.
You're right, we normally don't! Except on rare occasions where we know without a doubt that a longer term commitment allows us to provide dramatically better outcomes. We want to make it a no brainer.
Yes, and most do. Plenty of teams start on Core or Growth and adjust after a few months once they've felt the rhythm. If Scale would suit you from day one, we'll tell you that too.
Yes, but the person in the Advisory seat is never the person doing the delivery. Advisory exists to challenge the build, and you can't do that while nodding along to your own work.
A scheduled video call. From Growth up, we set the agenda ahead of time and the conversation goes wherever the most senior thinking is needed. Afterwards you get the recording, a written summary and our recommendations, saved in our bespoke client portal, Studio.
Think you could be getting more out of HubSpot?
Tell us how your portal runs today and what's keeping you up about it. We'll point you at the right tier, or tell you if Advisory isn't the right fit.
