What we need from you

  • A HubSpot Professional or Enterprise subscription (workflows are not available on Starter), needed before the Workflow Inventory
  • HubSpot access for King Henry with Workflows view permission (we only view, nothing is changed), needed before the Workflow Inventory
  • A named contact for the kickoff call and the findings presentation, needed before Kickoff and Workflow Scope
  • Any workflows you already know are risky or misfiring, needed before Kickoff and Workflow Scope

A written report of what we found in your portal, with the most important fixes listed first. We don't change anything while we're diagnosing.
