We confirm what we're looking at and sort out the read-only access we need, so there's no delay once work starts.

We go through your portal against the scope we agreed, without changing anything.

You get the findings in writing, with the most important fixes listed first.

What we need from you

  • Partner Admin access to HubSpot for King Henry, so every settings page in the review can be opened (we look but change nothing), needed before the access and export task
  • A named contact for the kickoff call and the findings presentation, needed before the kickoff call
  • Any naming or folder rules your team already follows for marketing assets, needed before the marketing email review
  • A list of the forms on your website and where each one is embedded, needed before the form review

A written report of what we found in your portal, with the most important fixes listed first. We don't change anything while we're diagnosing.
