What we need from you

  • A HubSpot user for King Henry with Partner Admin access (we only view and export, nothing is changed), needed before the data export
  • A named contact for the kickoff call and the findings presentation, needed before the kickoff call
  • A list of the integrations you have connected and who owns each one, needed before the connected apps inventory
  • What each integration is meant to sync, and examples of records that synced wrongly, needed before the sync rules review
  • Screenshots or a screen share of each integration's settings in the other system, where it is managed there, needed before the sync rules review

A written report of what we found in your portal, with the most important fixes listed first. We don't change anything while we're diagnosing.
