What we need from you

  • Partner Admin access to HubSpot for King Henry (we only view and export, nothing is changed), needed before Access and Data Export
  • A named contact for the kickoff call and the findings presentation, needed before Kickoff and System Inventory
  • A list of the other systems that hold customer data alongside HubSpot, and who looks after each one, needed before Kickoff and System Inventory
  • Contact details for whoever built any middleware or custom integration, needed before the Connected App and Sync Review

A written report of what we found in your portal, with the most important fixes listed first. We don't change anything while we're diagnosing.
