What we need from you

  • Partner Admin access to HubSpot for King Henry, so every settings page in the review can be opened (we look but change nothing), needed before the access and export task
  • A named contact for the kickoff call and the findings presentation, needed before the kickoff call
  • Your funnel definitions, if they are written down, needed before the funnel definition review
  • A list of your website domains, landing page tools and ad accounts, needed before the tracking setup review
  • The reports or dashboards leadership uses to judge marketing, needed before the attribution report review

A written report of what we found in your portal, with the most important fixes listed first. We don't change anything while we're diagnosing.
