What we need from you

  • Aircall Admin access for King Henry (needed to view integration settings and create an API key), needed before the Baseline Export
  • HubSpot user access that can view call records and connected apps, needed before the Baseline Export
  • The date window and any numbers or users to focus on, needed before the Call Logging Comparison
  • Permission to create a few clearly named test contacts in HubSpot, which we delete afterwards, needed before the Record Matching tests
  • Confirmation when fixes are applied, needed before the Re-test

A written report of what we found in your portal, with the most important fixes listed first. We don't change anything while we're diagnosing.
