Included

Client has a checklist showing every path, workflow, message and report was tested, with the result of each.
Small defects are fixed and retested, and larger ones are listed for quoting.
Test records are removed from the client's portal.

Not included

Load or performance testing
Testing on more than desktop and mobile, or on specific devices
Client run acceptance testing
Automated test scripts
Security testing
Email deliverability or spam testing
Fixing defects that need more than a small configuration change, or a rebuild (logged and quoted separately)
