What this module actually does

Included

Client has a signed-off design brief for their Customer Agent.
Client has a named agent persona with a voice, example replies and a clear list of topics it must not discuss.
Client has a map of the top 15 visitor journeys and when each one hands over to a person.
Client team has agreed what success looks like for the agent.

Not included

Building or configuring anything in HubSpot (see HubSpot Customer Agent Setup)
Writing knowledge content, FAQs or website pages
Interviews or surveys with the client's own customers
Brand strategy, logo or avatar illustration
More than one agent persona, brand or language
Designing the in-app experience of a mobile app

View access to your HubSpot portal, or confirmation of your HubSpot subscriptions, needed before Discovery Preparation
Names and availability of the workshop attendees (up to 6), needed before Discovery Workshop
Answers to the client input requests in Studio, completed 2 working days before the session, needed before Discovery Workshop
Brand guidelines or tone of voice document, if one exists, needed before Agent Persona and Solution Design
One named decision maker who can sign off the design, needed before Design Walkthrough and Sign-off
