List of 3 team members who need Aircall access (names, email addresses and roles), needed before User Setup
Business registration proof for a new number, or a recent bill from your current provider to port your number, needed before Number Setup
Preferred business hours and what should happen after hours, needed before Call Flow
Wording for your phone menu, after-hours message and voicemail greeting, needed before Call Flow
Routing preference (ring-all or round-robin), needed before Call Flow
Partner Admin access to HubSpot and which records should log calls (contacts, companies, deals), needed before HubSpot Integration
