Sales or support method documents, or a description of how good calls sound, needed before Question Drafting
Which users, numbers and call types to score, needed before Automation Rules
A manager to score up to 20 sample calls by hand, needed before the Scoring Quality Review
Managers and reps available for a 60 minute session, needed before the Walkthrough
